The Ultimate Detox Tool- Discover 3 Powerful Water Detox Methods

by Chris ·

“Cast Thyself Into The Enfolding Arms Of The Angel Of Water For She Shall Cast Out From Thee All That Is Unclean And Evil.” - The Dead Sea Scrolls- 3rd century BCE to 640 AD.

It constitutes an intrinsic part of our daily life and we couldn’t survive without it. Amongst its countless benefits to our health and our planet, WATER is the ultimate natural detox tool.

The recent Detox Craze has reached phenomenal proportions, with manufacturers frantically marketing products that promise instant cleansing and purification, in an attempt to fulfil -and obviously profit from- such an overwhelming market demand.

By highly publicizing their successful detox experiences, stars like Beyonce -amongst others- have contributed in making detox ‘hip’ and ‘trendy’. This and other factors have made detox the health buzzword of the 21st century. It is now considered a necessary factor in the quest for optimal health, weight loss and well being.

Unfortunately, such proliferation, variety and availability of detox aids makes identifying the ideal personal detox program a daunting task.

Many cases and articles of ‘detox gone wrong’ are published on the web, reminding the gullible and the unseasoned of the dangers of extreme detox, which clearly could be health-hazardous.

The quest for the ideal detox tool or program is on, with a mind-boggling array of products to choose from: Detox supplements, colon cleansing aids, detox foot baths and detox patches. The list is endless!

In our frantic search for the ultimate detox, we’ve overlooked the ideal and most obvious detox aid. A free, natural resource we’re in physical contact with every single day of our life: Water.

NOTHING supports the body’s cleansing and elimination capacity like Water; the most ancient and potent natural detox aid ever known to mankind. Whether by drinking it, sweating or bathing in it, water has been used to expel toxins, and restore health since the dawn of humanity.

Drink Plenty of Water

We’re all familiar with the dangers of, even minor, dehydration by now.

If the body is not sufficiently hydrated, the cells will draw water from the bloodstream, thus pressurizing and burdening the heart. Even mild dehydration prevents the kidneys from effectively purifying the blood.

When this happens, some of the kidney’s workload is passed on to the liver and other organs, and may cause them to be severely stressed. Minor health conditions such as constipation, dry and itchy skin, acne, nosebleeds, urinary tract infections, coughs, sneezing, sinus problems and headache may develop as a consequence.

It is no secret that drinking 2 litres of water a day can dramatically improve your health, and the signs will be obvious: Glowing complexion and clear skin, better immunity, better digestion, less aches and pains, weight loss, less cellulite, better concentration and renewed vitality and energy.

Most detox regimes recommend flooding the body with purified or filtered water, rather than the bottled kind. Infusing the body with water will immediately stimulate your kidneys, liver and digestive system’s (primary detox organs) functions. It will boost your metabolism, which in turn accelerates toxin and fat elimination.

Water fasts are highly praised for cleansing, and are regularly practised by keen detox advocates. However, fasting is not to be taken lightly, and any fast longer than 48 hours should be medically supervised.

Steam and Sweat Baths

There is a valid reason why humans have used sweat baths for hygienic and health purposes since the Stone Age. It is because sweating has proven its effectiveness in flushing out toxins and disease, and maintaining optimal health.

The skin is the largest organ in the body and, through the pores it plays a major role in the detoxifying process alongside the lungs, kidneys, bowels, liver, and the lymphatic and immune systems. The skin produces cool sweat to regulate the body’s elevated temperature. It also has the ability to transform toxins from lipid-soluble or oil-based, into easier to eliminate, water-soluble form. Sweat carries toxins out of the body and flushes them through the pores.

Most cultures around the world have their own versions of the sweat bath, whether it’s the ancient Romans and their “Thermae” or the traditional Japanese “Onsen”. The Russian “Banya”, or the native American Indians’ “Inipi”, without omitting the notorious Turkish bath or “Hamam”. However, the Finnish Sauna, remains the most prominent and popular one of all.

Regardless of what it’s called, the sweat bath’s health benefits are infinite, with the primary one being its waste and toxins elimination action through the pores. Other sweat bath benefits include improved circulation, weight and fat loss, skin cleansing and body and mind relaxation.

Detox Bath

An equally powerful water detox method is the Detox Bath.

Based on an ancestral detox technique created by Louis Kuhne of Leipzig in 1883, (who used it to treat his own cancer and heal thousands of often-serious diseases), the Detox Bath uses ONLY water and can take as little as 10 minutes a day.

The Detox Bath’s working principle is to refresh the core area of the body (around the groin and genitals) during 10 minutes daily or longer, depending on your initial condition, and the results you seek to achieve. This process creates a vibration in the fascia (Interconnecting tissue covering all internal organs), which sets in motion a roll-back effect that transports digestion’s leftover fats and deposited toxins back to the intestines, where they are later eliminated.

Why Is The Detox Bath So Powerful?

Besides its toxin and fat elimination action, the Detox Bath’s potency resides in the fact that:

1- It works on the groin area, one of the highest nerve-concentration areas in the body, hence its positive effect on mood, sleep and energy.
2- The groin houses main arteries, so the bath greatly improves blood circulation and digestion.
3- It stimulates the root chakra, which governs sexual energy and reproductive organs. It helps regulate the menstrual cycle, and has been used by Louis Kuhne to treat impotence. It is also beneficial for low libido and menopausal symptoms.

Practiced regularly, the Detox Bath, (based on Louis Kuhne’s friction sitz bath) supports the body’s elimination capacity, effectively ridding it of toxins and fat. It boosts metabolism and digestion; improves sleep, energy and mood, and promotes clear skin and radiant complexion.

Conclusion

Detox is not -and never will be- an instant, magical fix. Detox is an ongoing process, which provides tremendous health benefits, that you can enjoy starting today, by simply using water.

A regular practice of a combination of the 3 -almost free- and completely safe water detox methods above is the only detox regime you’ll ever need to effectively eliminate toxins and fat, and enjoy a lifetime of radiant health.

How to Enjoy Better Health With Natural Remedies

by Chris ·

As more and more â??traditionalâ? products and medicines hit the drug store shelves faster and faster, many people donâ??t realize the tremendous benefits that can be enjoyed by the use of natural remedies. Natural remedies contain only a fraction of the chemical preservatives, if any at all, compared to their traditional medicine counterparts. Although there are many over the counter and prescription medicines available for heartburn relief, natural remedies for heartburn may be just as effective and cause fewer side effects. You have probably seen the commercials on television for a new traditional remedy for something as simple as heartburn, but the ending disclaimers in the commercial list ten times as many possible detrimental side effects as the single symptom that it is supposed to cure!

Using prescription and/or natural remedies for acid reflux while you are trying to lose weight does make sense, and, in fact, some of the natural remedies may even help assist with weight loss, such as mangosteen, although the evidence from various scientific studies in on this topic is not totally conclusive. If you are looking for natural herbal remedies or nature friendly products, there are many oils and herbal remedies that should help you get started. There are herbal and botanical products that some experts consider as natural remedies and alternatives to prescription drugs. In fact, some medical experts consider the natural remedies to actually be superior to traditional medicines because of the notably shorter list of detrimental side effects.

Health enhancing, natural or herbal remedies should never be used alongside synthetic or prescription drugs without the prescribing doctor’s knowledge. There may be some chemical conflicts that while not apparent, your doctor should know about and can advise you about. You may want to begin to incorporate the benefits of natural health into your everyday life by stocking your medicine cabinet with herbal remedies, replacing non-natural brand-name products. For example, rhubarb is one of the natural remedies for heartburn and indigestion used by Native Americans for many decades.

Ginko Biloba is one of the best-known natural remedies for Attention Deficit Disorder and has been shown to be an aid for memory retention. But just like with traditional prescription medicines, be sure you understand what you are treating, and be sure to treat the disease and not just the symptom. For example, before we jump into the natural remedies for your itchy skin rash, it is important to understand what may be the root cause of the rash so you can prevent further outbreaks.

For gum disease and other gum problems, vitamin D is also one of the best natural remedies easily available. Also one of the best natural gum disease remedies known today is tea tree oil gel. Overall, given its absence of toxic reactions and its effectiveness at promoting high-quality sleep, valerian root remains one of the best natural remedies for insomnia. Natural remedies for insomnia try to cure the factors, which results the sleeplessness and induce the various triggering factors that cause restful sleep to occur.

All of these ingredients can alleviate many of the symptoms of ADD, and there are a variety of natural remedies on the market that combine some of the listed ingredients to produce successful results. If you’re losing your hair because of stress, on the other hand, then giving yourself some time to rest and relax would be the best among the hair loss remedies available to you. Remedies for lack of sleep, stress relief and relaxation, depression, anxiety, pain, weight loss, hair loss, skin problems and more are some of the most popular and in-demand herbal products currently on the market today.

Using natural detergents for diaper laundry is gaining popularity with young parents. Residues left in commercial detergents may be harsh, drying the baby’s skin and causing further baby irritation. As you use natural remedies, keep in mind that one particular remedy may not work for you. To keep your body in chemical balance, it is important to use only natural remedies for constipation.

In summary, you may want to try natural remedies and see how they work for you. Results vary from person to person, but most people find that natural remedies work extremely well for them, and are also significantly less expensive than their prescription counterparts.

Creating The Best Room Conditions When Dealing With Insomnia

by Chris ·

When dealing with insomnia, after establishing a consistent bedtime routine, it is important to create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in your bedroom. The more cozy and harmonic your bedroom is the more relaxed you will feel.

Your goal is to promote a calming and restive atmosphere. This can be achieved by creating a bedroom environment that is not only appealing to you but also functions without interruptions or annoying irritations.

Ensure that the room temperature is set according your preference.

Ideally your room should be on the cooler side; however you should experiment with your own comfort level.

You don’t want to wake during the night either too hot or too cold and then find yourself wide awake once again. Sleep experts say that the ideal room temperature is 65 to 70 degrees F.

If at all possible try to sleep with the window open, however slightly. This will allow for proper room ventilation. Adequate air current is necessary for you to breathe in circulating air. This will aid your body in breathing deeply and correctly.

You may be sensitive to noises around you and outside of the bedroom. If this is the case and you find that noise is disturbing or interrupting your sleep you may want to consider purchasing ear plugs.

Ear plugs may take a little getting used to, however there are plugs on the market that are specifically designed to be comfortable and unobtrusive to your sleep. Take time to try what works best for you.

If you find ear plugs to be too uncomfortable you may want to use a “white noise” machine, such as a fan. “White noise” from the fan is used to over-ride or mask other sounds that may be disturbing to your sleep, such as traffic and voices.

Ideally your bedroom should be as dark as possible so that you experience the daytime/nighttime cycle. Light may disrupt your normal circadian rhythm and signal your body that it is time to wake up.

If you find it difficult to fall asleep in a room that is infused with too much light, try purchasing an eye mask. There are eye masks on the market that will be comfortable to wear as well as effectively block out any interfering light.

If you find an eye mask to be too uncomfortable try hanging thick curtains or install blinds.

If you find yourself listening to the sound of a ticking clock you may want to remove the clock from your bedroom and replace it with a digital clock.

If you find yourself constantly looking at the time to see how many hours you have left to sleep you may want to turn the digital clock to the wall.

Knowing that time is passing will only increase your anxiety and stress about not sleeping.

Make sure that your room has no stimulation to lure you from sleep. This includes the television, computer, stereo equipment. You want to ensure that your bedroom is only used for sleeping and sex.

If you have a CD player in the bedroom make sure that you only use if for playing relaxing music or sleep inducing CDs.

If you find that your room is too dry you may want to purchase a humidifier, especially in the winter months.

Wear comfortable, loose clothing. The more constrained or uncomfortable you are the more likely you are to wake up during the night.

Can Using EMS Systems Alter Natural Muscle Regeneration?

by Chris ·

Most people who are dedicated exercise enthusiasts have a very well thought-out exercise regimen. They know exactly when and how they will work out, what muscle groups they will target, the amount of strain they will place upon themselves, their fitness goals, their diet, and just about anything else pertaining to exercise.

That said, there are many problems associated with over-training. Signs of over-training are sub-standard results, possible injury, infection and colds, mood changes, changing sleep patterns and poor performance.

Today, many fitness experts posit that these problems are not a sign of over-exertion. Rather, they are a sign of under-recovery. By under-recovery, these researchers mean that devout exercisers are not allowing their body enough time to recuperate because they are not taking enough breaks between periods of strenuous exercise. These break periods are critical because they allow muscles to reinvigorate and regenerate -the tiny tears in the muscle need to repair and reform to allow increased strength and fitness..

These experts are recommending that serious athletes develop a recovery plan in addition to an exercise plan. This recovery plan is just as important as the exercise itself, and will greatly benefit and athlete’s health and well-being.

Electro Muscle stimulation, or EMS, is one of several effective methods to encourage muscle regeneration. EMS works by pulsing a low level of electricity through a targeted muscle or muscle group. Typical EMS systems cost several hundred dollars and consist of a main unit and many electrodes wired to it. To use an EMS, the electrodes are applied to the body in targeted areas.

EMS is often used as a strength builder. In addition to a normal workout it can be quite effective. To use EMS to encourage muscle regeneration, you should set the unit a low intensity and high frequency. Doing so will improve blood circulation to a specific area. Using EMS as an aid to regeneration is particularly successful because it enables you to target specific muscle groups. After you have exerted these groups, you can apply EMS and accelerate the regeneration and recuperation process.

However, EMS alone is not the best way to recuperate. Exercise experts highly recommend combining EMS recuperation treatments with one or more different recuperation methods. Here is a quick rundown of a few of those methods.

Hydration

It is crucial that large amounts of water or electrolyte beverage be consumed during and after a strenuous workout. Glycogen is used at a higher rate when athletes don’t hydrate adequately. This results in increased fatigue and a slow recuperation process.

Diet

During and after a workout, blood flows to muscles at a much higher rate than normal. This increased bloodflow (up to 50%) will continue for as many as three hours after the workout is over. During this time, the body is primed to ingest nutrients. Both carbohydrates and proteins are necessary. These nutrients will help an athlete maintain his or her energy level and better regenerate muscle tissue. Waiting longer than three hours after a workout to eat can greatly increase recuperation time.

Stretching

Stretching targeted muscle groups before and after a workout is essential for safety, performance and recuperation. Athletes are highly recommended to learn the best and most effective stretches for muscle groups they exercise in a given workout, and to rigorously use them.

Eliminate The Ringing Noise In Ears In 5 Steps.

by Chris ·

A ringing noise in ears is known in medical terms as tinnitus & there is no apparent outside source for this loud noise. The ringing noise in ears you hear comes from within and may be soft or loud. It can be a sizzling, roaring, buzzing, whistling, humming, hissing, blowing, or ringing noise. Some people have even reported hearing water running, air escaping, the inside of a seashell, and musical notes. Alternative terminology is noises or buzzing in the ears, hissing noise in ears, and ringing in the ears. Almost everyone experiences a mild form of tinnitus when you hear sounds in your ears for short periods.
Stop the ringing noise in your ears:

It is a very stressful condition when it is constant or repeated and it can intrude with your capability to concentrate or sleep. Studies has not been able to produce an exact cause for why people hear a ringing. Nevertheless, there are many theories floating around among the professionals and non professionals. This ringing can be a symptom of almost any ear condition including wax, ear infections, and injury from loud noises. Antibiotics, aspirin, alcohol, caffeine, and other drugs can lead to buzzing noises. Many times tinnitus is a symptom of high blood pressure, an allergy, or anemia.

A simple tinnitus fact:
Exposure to loud noise is the main cause of ringing ears in today’s noisy world.

When one has been around loud levels of noise for a long period of time it is very possible that hearing loss and tinnitus may occur. The levels of the ear ringing will get louder in quite places where there is very little background noise. The sounds can not be heard by anyone else and can worsen if your stress levels are not in control. Stress can be a big factor in dealing with tinnitus and the ringing noise in ears, which is the reason why exercise is recommended.

At home there are some things you can do to lessen the ringing noise in ears such as avoiding coffee (caffeine), alcohol, and smoking (nicotine); get plenty of rest and sleep with head propped up to lessen head congestion; at night use competing sounds, such as low-level music, ticking clocks, or other noises.

A humidifier, white noise machine, or nearby running dishwasher, can help to drown out the noises and make it less irritating. A device worn like a hearing aid offers relief in some cases. Even a hearing aid may help lessen ringing noise in ears and amplify outside sounds. Learn how to relax the body because feeling stressed out and anxiousness can worsen the ringing noise in ears. Counseling has helped some to learn to tolerate tinnitus.

5 Things You Must Do When Traveling With Older Parents

by Chris ·

Traveling with your parents can be a wonderful experience if you plan well ahead. Here are five things you must do to ensure that you and your parents will have a great vacation.

1. Ensure that the itinerary is not too fast paced.

Old folks tend to get tired easily and thus it is not advisable to include activities that are too strenuous. It is also not advisable to pack too many activities in the itinerary such that you and your parents have to rush from one place to another.

2. Ensure that everyone has ample sleep

Plan to have at least six to eight hours of sleep for you and your parents for each day of your vacation. Try to avoid having any more activities after 11 p.m. Prepare some hot water for your parents to soak their legs before bed time if there is a fair amount of walking in the day.

3. Have ample supply of their medication

Truthfully, the only difference between you and travel experts is time. If you’ll invest a little more time in reading, you’ll be that much nearer to expert status when it comes to travel.

If your parents are suffering from diabetes, asthma, hypertension, high cholesterol or any other illness, make sure you obtain ample supply of medication from their doctors to last for the whole trip. To ensure that you remember to bring the medication, create a checklist of things to bring and put their medication among the top five items on that list. As a safety precaution, ask them to carry a medical record of their illness and contact details in case you are not around when they need medical attention.

4. Healthy diet

Most old people do not take heavy meals and thus you need to plan for multiple light and healthy meals that are low on salts, oil and sugars but high in fiber. Always have a sandwich or high fiber biscuits in your bag in case they get hungry and there isn’t a snack bar in the vicinity. Also make sure that you and your parents drink a lot of water to prevent dehydration.

5. Bring along a first aid travel pack.

Your first aid travel pack should contain medication for fever and diarrhea, cold symptoms and giddiness. It should also include a thermometer, tweezers, sharp scissors, safety pins, adhesive bandages, sterile gauze, adhesive tape and antiseptic wipes. While this list is not exhaustive, the stocks in the travel pack should be enough to cater to most conditions that require general first aid assistance. Do check the expiry date for those medications that you bring along to ensure that they are safe for consumption.

Traveling with your parents need not be a hassle as long as you plan ahead and take care of their needs. Involve them in all the activities along the way and remember to have fun!

Now that wasn’t hard at all, was it? And you’ve earned a wealth of knowledge, just from taking some time to study an expert’s word on travel.

Lose Weight This Summer – 5 Easy Ways to Lose Weight This Summer

by Chris ·

Do you really want to lose weight this summer? Are you looking for ways to hack-off those extra layers once and for all? The most fundamental thing is to change your eating and sleeping habits. These are the 5 keys to permanent and sustainable weight loss. Master these rules and just add 15 minutes of exercise everyday, and you’ll be on your way there!

The first way to lose weight for summer is to eat 6 small meals each day. This means that you’ll be eating every 2 to 3 hours. Remember, each meal has to be small in size. The theory is that by eating more often you’ll always feel full and this will prevent yourself from overeating at each meal. One reason many people can’t cope with this kind of diet is that they don’t plan their meals ahead. Planning for 6 small meals a day is not easy. These people normally end up getting fatter by eating fast food.

Another way to lose weight for summer is stop taking food after 8p.m. Start taking your dinner early, the latest by 7p.m. Not to forget, cut your carbs intake at dinner. Carbs are needed for energy. You donâ??t need lots of energy at night unless if you do night sports. Unused calories will be stored as fat as you go asleep. Imagine if you do this every night, Mr Ugly Belly Fat will definitely adore you!

One more way to lose weight for summer is to drink two glasses of green tea every day. You must be thinking why green tea? Actually coffee can give the same result. This is because both drinks contain caffeine that will turbo-charge metabolism, allowing you to burn more calories efficiently. However, coffee is not recommended because nobody likes taking coffee without sugar and milk. Moreover, studies have shown that substances in green tea aid in protecting lean muscle tissue and stabilize the sugar levels in the blood.

Another way to lose weight for summer is get sufficient sleep. There are lots of scientific studies that support this theory. Inadequate sleep will affect the secretion of cortisol, a hormone that regulates appetite. This will make you feel hungry even though you’re actually full. In simple English, insufficient sleep will make you eat more than you should. It is suggested that we should get 7 to 8 hours sleep every night.

The last tip to lose weight for summer is to take omega 3 fish oil. I personally call this the magic supplement. This magic supplement will make your weigh loss journey easier. It works greatly for your heart and cholesterol. It also speeds up your metabolism, fat burning activities and assists with insulin sensitivity.

Although these 5 tips to lose weight for summer may sound kind of basic, youâ??ll be surprised how many actually follow them. If you religiously follow these tips and add a bit extra effort to exercise 15 minutes a day, you can definitely enjoy your summer activities with confidence.

For more tips and advice, visit my favorite diet solution here. If you don’t drop 10 pounds fast! I’d be quite surprised!

what would happen if i take more than the prescribed dosage of Tylenol PM Sleep Aid?

by Chris ·

I'm not sick or anything. Its just recently i've been having a very hard hard time trying to sleep at night. I end up sleeping at 5 or even 6 in the morning and waking up in the afternoon. I take the prescribed dosage it says on the box but it still doesn't get me to fall asleep.

Please get off the Tylenol Pm, Advil PM, Bendryl, or Nyquil. They are SO addictive. That's why the recommended amount doesn't help you. Taking more will not help either. Just stop them, okay?
Try warm milk! It helps millions of people fall asleep because of the tryptophan. You can add honey to taste.
If that doesn't work, try the vitamin Melatonin. It's sold everywhere, and is so safe. 3Mg's before bed should knock you out!
One other tip: NO napping allowed. The bed is for night sleep only. Not for reading, watching tv, etc.
Good luck! :)

Keep your Healthy Mood and Well Being With Natural Supplements

by Chris ·

A healthy, young and vigorous person is capable of performing all sorts of activities, both mental and physical, without having to look for aid in the form of vitamins and supplements. But what happens as nature takes its course and we start to realize that some of the functions of our body begin to weaken? Coping with these changes can be quite difficult, especially when you are expected to lead an active life until you retire. And even when retirement draws near, you canâ??t just crawl under a rock and die. Your work problems may disappear, but you will still have your family and friends to live for, and most seniors still want to be active and have a positive contribution to society. The problem is that, in many people, these life-affecting changes start to occur a long time before retirement. The most common manifestations that can affect your active lifestyle include strength and stamina decrease, insomnia, sexual problems, weight gain, etc. These conditions may not be very serious; in fact, many people choose to ignore them and try to accept them as a natural course of events. What you should do is try to solve these problems as naturally as possible, before they become a constant factor in your life and affect your ability to perform in certain situations.

Take insomnia, for example. Medically speaking, insomnia is a sleeping disorder, which can be described as either the impossibility to fall asleep, or waking up shortly after going to bed, usually one or two hours after. The circumstances that lead to such a sleeping disorder can be very numerous, and the cure is often set according to whatever causes the insomnia problems. If you go online and try to find some information on how to fight your insomnia problems, you are very likely to find all sorts of suggestions and advice such as having light dinners, listening to music before going to bed, taking long walks, and so on. But what happens when you realize that these recommendations have no effect whatsoever on your sleeping disorder?

Insomnia problems are generally caused by a decreased production of melatonin, a hormone that the pineal gland, situated at the base of the brain, produces naturally. The natural production of melatonin decreases in time, usually around the age of forty, causing sleeping disorders. We all know that sleep is the best tonic, and lack of good night sleep affects our ability to perform in many situations. The secretion of melatonin plays an important part in regulating sleep, as well as in maintaining the bodyâ??s natural clock, also known as the circadian rhythm.

Using melatonin supplements to overcome sleeping disorder has been popular for quite some time now. In fact, melatonin supplements have been around for more than a decade and people have been using them to hasten sleep, without any fear of experiencing side effects, as they would with sleeping pills. Studies have shown that melatonin in the form of supplements improves a personâ??s general well being, reduces free radicals in the body, and strengthens the immune system.

Another problem that occurs in time and affects the overall well being of men is a low level of testosterone. The production of testosterone decreases naturally with age. Testosterone deficiency, or low testosterone, may occur at an early stage in life as well, leading to abnormalities in bone and muscle development, diminished virility and even underdeveloped genitalia.

Testosterone is an androgenic hormone, which is primarily responsible for the normal development and growth of sex and reproduction organs in men. Testosterone is also responsible for the normal development of secondary male characteristics, such as vocal chord thickening, musculature, laryngeal enlargement, bone mass, hair patterns and fat distribution. Furthermore, a normal testosterone level will also help maintain your healthy mood, sexual desire, fertility, and good energy level.

Men of all ages can add testosterone supplements to their diet, provided they have a confirmed low level of testosterone in their body. In some case, testosterone supplements are recommended as a means of raising the hormone level, especially for adult men over the age of forty. Younger men can take testosterone supplements as a means of developing their muscle mass.

Whatever your reasons may be for wanting to add melatonin or testosterone supplements to your diet, make sure you consult with your physician before doing so.

If you want to find more resources about Melatonin or even about testosterone please review this website vitanatural.eu
