How many hours of sleep after a workout should you have?
I workout all my muscles every second day and get only 6 hours of sleep both nights, should I be getting more sleep?
My muscles are'nt soar after the first night of sleep but, can curtian muscle groups be only worked out once a week?
Funny you should asks. I just watched a program about this. Some believe you should work out in the morning, others given our busy schedules feel you should work out at night. They all agree if you want to be able to sleep at say 9:00pm that you should work out at least 3 hours before that. Give your body a chance to unwind.
They also say 7-8 hours sleep is what the body needs to function properly

10 hours plus alot of EASY warm up/strech in the mornin

most experts say that you should get 7-8 hours of sleep per night. but every one's body is different. some need more, some need less. if you don't feel tired then you're probably fine.
as far as what muscles you can work out it's all up to your body. you can work out all muscles all the time if your body allows you to. if you feel pain then increase the time between workout. just listen to your body. it will tell you everything you need to know.

None. The ideal time to work-out is in the morning, not the evening.
