The benefit of having A good Night Sleep
Sleeping is the natural process of rest observed by our body, occurring at regular intervals and necessary for the maintenance of health, it is the period of rest in which an individual loses awareness of his or her surroundings. It is when all of a person's activity decreases and muscles relax. One benefit of Sleeping is that it strengthens and improve our memory, brain functions and protects memory from outside interference. Thus the best learning conditions requires a proper length of sleep and have our brain function well. In some studies and research, people with enough sleep and without any interference or disturbance, performed well especially on tasks that require brain functions.
