Stress and a lack of excercise leads to insomnia

Insomnia is a very disturbing sleeping problem. It renders us unable to sleep or have only a very little sleep causing us to be more tired and stressed during the day.  Insomnia could have been caused by one or all of these factors; lack of excercise, stress and poor eating habits. For a person who is having insomnia there are things that you can do.

*Avoid Alcohol
*Do not Eat excessively
*Lots of Excercise
There are also natural sleep aids that can help you get that sleep that you are longin for.
