Less Sleep May lead to heart disorder

If you think that sleep disorders are normal and you may not be taking this problem seriously, then think again. There are some reports and studies which suggest that less sleep may actually lead to heart disorders. Does it surprise you that sleep disorder is the latest factor to be associated with heart disease?  Scientific evidence points to other serious consequences of sleep deprivation including obesity, cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure — conditions that also predispose you towards heart disease.
